You do not need to be at home to receive your dairy box. Once you have your courier tracking number, you can update your delivery instructions and request that your box is left in a safe place. If you are going to be on holiday when your renewal is due, please contact us at least 7 days in advance of your renewal date and we can reschedule your delivery for you. Please bear in mind that our packaging and cooling insulation won’t prevent cheese from spoiling if left in direct sunlight for long periods.
Delivery is £4.99 for most mainland UK destinations. For Scottish Highlands and off-shore UK locations, please enter your postcode at checkout to see your delivery cost.
You can easily cancel, edit or pause your subscription at any time by logging into your account at fenfarmdairy.co.uk. Log in and click the ‘my account’ icon at the top right of the screen. All your purchase history and options are presented here.
