We are proud to be working together. Our team has grown gradually over the years, each new person bringing their own experience with them. Amongst us are a former lorry driver, a butcher, a zookeeper, a school teacher, a beekeeper and many more. We have come together from many walks of life, through a shared love for real food and farming. For making good things.

We're always on the look out for great people to help us fulfil our mission; to make the finest dairy products possible - to nourish land, animals and people.

Our journey has led us to delve deep into what makes real food truly great. What it means to produce something that goes beyond fancy marketing and stories. To really, genuinely nourish people.

Our philosophy is that to truly nourish people with real food, we must first nourish our land, our cows and the wildlife and ecosystems we share our landscape with.

We must also respect the delicate nature of our milk and treat it with the utmost care, to preserve it in all its nutritional glory - and all of our products since our first batch of Baron Bigod in 2013 have been made following this philosophy.
