Produced by David Martin from Bungay, Suffolk and Fen Farm alumni. It’s sourced from hives he keeps in the Waveney Valley area drawing on nectar from local wildflowers and farmland plants.
Cold extraction and coarse filtration aim to preserve flavour, pollen and some of the natural characteristics that come from local nectar sources. As with many small, local honeys, colour and taste can vary by season and flowers available.
This is a runny honey - perfect for drizzling over our Natural Yoghurt or adding to your baked Baron Bigod!
