BARON BIGOD 250g wheel
A soft, raw milk brie-style cheese made here at Fen Farm by Jonny Crickmore and the team, from the warm mornings milk of our happy Montbeliarde cows. Baron Bigod has a smooth, silky golden breakdown which will often ooze out over a delicate, fresh and citrussy centre. Flavours of warm earth, farmyard and mushrooms, with occasional notes of citrus and truffle.

Bungay Butter 200g
Our Bungay Raw Cultured Butter, made from the milk our own happy herd of grass-fed Montbeliarde and Friesian cows.

MASCARPONE 240G
This is our raw cultured interpretation of a traditional mascarpone cheese. It is made using the fresh warm cream of our Montbeliarde cows, straight from milking.

4 x 130G SKYR POTS
Our Skyr team travelled to the geothermal farmlands of Iceland to be trained in the art of traditional Skyr making. The Skyr in these little glass pots is made here on our Suffolk farm using skimmed milk. It is virtually fat free and loaded with protein.
