A soft, raw milk brie-style cheese made here at Fen Farm by Jonny Crickmore and the team, from the warm mornings milk of our happy Montbeliarde cows. Baron Bigod has a smooth, silky golden breakdown which will often ooze out over a delicate, fresh and citrussy centre. Flavours of warm earth, farmyard and mushrooms, with occasional notes of citrus and truffle.

A soft, raw milk cheese handmade here at Fen Farm Dairy by Julie Cheyney and Blake Bowden. Delicate, wrinkled, buttery and full-flavoured with an edible rind.

St helena 110g wedge
A semi-soft washed rind cheese made by Blake Bowden and Julie Cheyney, here at Fen Farm Dairy. St. Helena is washed with brine to encourage the native flora from the raw milk and the beautiful pink rind. Supple and fudgey, with a delicate texture. Buttery with subtle soured milk/earthy/farmyard flavours.
