What cheeses you’ll get this summer
Soft, bloomy rind, cows milk. Unpasteurised. Made here on our farm in Suffolk, from the warm mornings milk of our happy Montbeliarde cows. The only raw milk brie-style cheese made in the UK.
Brown Swiss cows milk, Pasteurised. A traditional blue cheese made on Catherine’s carbon neutral farm, using energy powered by whey and on-farm renewables.
Semi-soft washed rind, Lacaune ewes milk, Unpasteurised. An unusual and delicious ewes milk cheese, made using the farm’s own starter culture. One of only a handful in the UK to do so.
Semi-soft, washed curd cows milk cheese. Pasteurised. A gentle and delicate washed curd cheese, made in a disused stable in North Cornwall.
Hard, Meuse Rhine Issel cows milk cheese. Unpasteurised. A traditional aged cheddar, made seasonally in small batches on a biodynamic farm.
