Baron Bigod Baby

Weight: approx 250g.

Ingredients: Pasteurised cow’s milk, salt, animal rennet.
Allergy advice: Contains COW’S MILK

Lincolnshire Poacher

Weight: Approx 200g.

Ingredients: Raw Cow’s milk, Salt, Cheese Cultures, Animal Rennet

Allergy advice: Contains COW’S MILK

STORAGE: Consume before the “Use by” date shown on pack. Store in the fridge. For best flavour, bring to room temperature one hour before serving.

St Helena

Weight: Approx 150g

Due to the handmade nature of the cheeses, sizes and weights will vary slightly.

St. Helena is washed with brine to encourage the native flora from the raw milk and the beautiful pink rind.

Supple and fudgey, with a delicate texture. You will notice a buttery paste with subtle soured milk flavours and earthy/farmyard flavours on the edible rind.

Ingredients: Raw cow’s milk, salt, rennet and starter cultures

STORAGE: Consume before the “Use by” date shown on pack. Store in the fridge. For best flavour, bring to room temperature one hour before serving.

St Jude

Weight: Approx 95g

Due to the handmade nature of the cheeses, sizes and weights will vary slightly.

St. Jude is a beautifully creamy and soft cheese with a wrinkled rind. Eat both rind and paste together for the fullest experience. St. Jude’s flavours change with the seasons. When the cows are indoors on winter rations it has a more buttery flavour and when they are grazing outside the vegetal notes come through, with a savoury twist on the marshland pastures that the cows are enjoying.

Lanark Blue

Weight: Appox 200g

A rich ewes milk blue, handmade on the Errington’s wind-powered family farm and matured in cool and humid traditional stone buildings, giving it unique flavour characteristics.
