Baron Bigod Cheese:
Our traditional farmhouse Brie style cheese, handmade at Fen Farm from our own raw grass-fed Montbeliarde cows milk. Your cheese will be hand wrapped in wax paper and packed in its own beautiful wooden box. For more info about our farm and cheese, click here.
Tasting notes: Warm milky flavours, notes of mushrooms, earth and farmyard with a nutty rind.

TRUFFLED BARON BIGOD CHEESE:
A whole baby wheel of our Baron Bigod cheese with a layer of our own raw milk mascarpone, infused with the finest black truffles. Your cheese will be hand wrapped and packed in its own beautiful wooden box.
Tasting notes: Fine black truffles, warm milky flavours, notes of mushrooms, earth and farmyard with a nutty rind.

Bungay Raw Butter:
Our Bungay Raw Cultured Butter, each hand wrapped in gold paper and stored in its own beautiful wooden box. This butter is made from the milk our own happy herd of grass-fed Montbeliarde and Friesian cows.
Our Bungay Raw Butter is the UK’s only raw farmhouse butter produced by using a lactic culture. It is made by hand on the farm in the traditional way, by souring the cream using a cocktail of lactic bacteria, before churning and hand-paddling with traditional scotch ‘butter hands’ made from wood. It is the closest thing to the original Suffolk butter. We use the milk warm from milking and our grass-fed cows are an ancient breed, Montbeliarde, hand- picked by Jonny from small farms in the Jura region of France. They only give a small amount of milk but it is rich and high in protein, producing beautifully creamy and complex flavours. A true farmhouse butter.

SKYR:
Our Skyr team travelled to the geothermal farmlands of Iceland to be trained in the art of traditional Skyr making by master Skyr maker, Thorgrimur. The Skyr in this pot is our own interpretation, made here on our Suffolk farm, from the fresh morning milk of our free ranging Montbeliarde herd. Our flavoured Skyrs feature a layer of artisan fruit conserve by England Preserves.
Your Skyr will come packed in 4 beautiful individual glass jars. One in each flavour:
Natural (just plain Skyr, nothing added).
Blackcurrant
Redcurrant, Rhubarb and Vanilla
Gooseberry and Elderflower
Ingredients: Raw cows milk.
STORAGE AND INGREDIENTS:
Refrigerate immediately on delivery.
If freezing, freeze on day of delivery. Defrost in fridge and use within 24hrs of defrosting.
