TRUFFLED BARON BIGOD CHEESE

Our truffled Baron Bigod cheese (approximately 1kg) with a layer of our own milk mascarpone approx 75g, infused with the finest black truffles. Your cheese will be hand wrapped in wax paper and packed in its own beautiful wooden box.

CHEESE SIZES AND WEIGHTS:

Approx. weight 250g.
Due to the handmade nature of the cheeses, sizes and weights will vary slightly.

STORAGE

Eat before the “Use by” date shown on pack. Store in the fridge.
For best flavour, bring to room temperature one hour before serving.
If freezing, freeze on day of delivery. Defrost in the fridge. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
