Please note, WE HAVE TWO DELIVERY SLOTS A WEEK. Your goodies will arrive with you on either a TUESDAY or a FRIDAY, depending on when you placed your order. The cut-off time for Tuesday delivery is 12 noon on Monday. The cut-off time for a Friday delivery is 12 noon on Thursday. Your items will be dispatched to you by our distributor Foulgers Dairy. Do give them a bell on 01473 735916 with any questions about delivery, they are very friendly and would love to hear from you. These limited delivery slots are for two reasons, firstly to make sure our produce is beautifully fresh when you receive it and secondly to comply with raw milk sales law. Thanks for understanding!
Now here’s the stuff you really wanted to know…
Raw Milk and Baron Bigod Cheese:
RAW MILK: Use within 4 days of purchase.
BARON BIGOD CHEESE: Use before the “Best before” date shown on pack. Store in the fridge. For best flavour, bring to room temperature one hour before serving. Once opened use within 24hrs.
ALL PRODUCTS: Refrigerate immediately upon delivery.
If freezing, freeze on day of delivery. Defrost in the fridge. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24hrs.
You will receive 5 litres of whole raw milk, from our own happy herd of grass-fed Montbeliarde and Friesian cows. Bottled within 12hrs of milking and delivered to your doorstep. It will arrive in 1 litre plastic bottles, to make it easier for you to freeze it and use a bit at a time, if you should wish. For more info about our farm and happy cows, click here.
Baron Bigod Cheese:
Minimum weight: 800g but due to the handmade nature of the cheese, weights will vary. Size: Aprox. 20cm diameter.
Ingredients: Raw cows milk, animal rennet.
Keep refrigerated at 4˚C. Best enjoyed at room temperature.

A traditional farmhouse Brie style cheese, handmade at Fen Farm from our own raw grass-fed Montbeliarde cows milk. Your cheese will be hand wrapped in wax paper and packaged in its own beautiful wooden box. Best enjoyed at room temperature. For more info about our farm and cheese, click here.
